The Bonnie Lochs of Scotland


I wrote this post in the middle of the glorious sun streaked summer of June 2014. I had been in London only a month. The best place to start, is right where I left off: On my way to Scotland, with Lloyd. Beware of many words and photos – It was just too bloody awesome.

There is nothing more glorious than dreaming about or planning a trip from the confines of a London office. London: a  bustling (and smoggy) hub with endless art, literature, history and music at your fingertips… also happens to be the perfect departure point to reach anywhere in Europe. You want to go to Italy? France? Germany, Spain? Greece? Hungary? Norway? Belgium? Book a cheap flight, you’ll be there in an hour or two. This still boggles my mind, it’s almost like magic.
