Amazing how something that big can be so invisible.

My neighbor the farmer wanted to cut down this old hollow tree but when he looked down into the hollow trunk and owl looked back at hime :-) The tree will now stand until there's no owl there. We’ve had a rather mixed weather here today, one minute sunshine, one with rain and one with just clouds plus an erratic wind, sometimes strong sometimes non-existent and this circle has been going on for quite some time. It made it difficult to know how to dress.

We haven’t had this much water in the creek since the beavers got scared away, or were they because now it looks like they are building a new dam again a bit upstream from the place where I fell down the sinkhole 🙂 I would like if they were back but I doubt the land owner would be 🙂
