Undercover Brits in the Algarve

As a celebration of finally handing in my 6000 word research project, myself and my friends spent a few days in Lagos, in the Algarve, for some touristy adventures.

In the interests of saving money (student life, ugh), we caught a 6 hour coach from Coimbra to Lagos while it was 30 degree heat outside. The air conditioning was certainly appreciated! I’d arranged an AirBnb for our stay, and we ended up with a really good deal; we stayed right by the historic town with shops and restaurants all close by, and a beach just on the other side of the marina. And the cost worked out cheaper than any of the hostels we had looked up, so it couldn’t have gone better.
