These meatballs are for our dinner tomorrow night, I have my grandchildren tomorrow so thought I’d get ahead. I think I’m going to make it easy on myself and do these with wraps, a make up yourself kind of dinner with salad, hummus and maybe some feta cheese that needs using up, along with the coleslaw and potato salad from last night unless we use that up today.

I’m hoping the mince is beef its from the stash of food youngest daughter bought back from uni that is seriously clogging up the freezer, I mixed it with onion, grated carrot, chopped chives, mint and oregano from the garden and salt & pepper then shaped into balls and cooked in the Aga. I’ll reheat them gently tomorrow.

Should be quick, easy,tasty and filling.
