Paradise on Koh Lanta

Travelling Together

After the disappointingly busy Koh Phi Phi we were ready for a little rest aIMG_4133nd relaxation. Koh Lanta was a recommendation from another traveler, so we booked the ferry from Phi Phi and headed off with my crazily bitten legs.

And it was beyond beautiful!

We stayed in little individual huts with our own little porch, a swimming pool that was basically to ourselves that overlooked the empty, desert island beach.

We spent happy hours in the quiet beach front bars and ate the most amazing food at a Greek restaurant along the beach front called Greek Taverna. We ate there almost every night and most of the time ate the incredible  Souvlaki, which was a huge pita bread stuffed with, salad, chicken, tzatiki and chips! It was a mission to eat and at only $5 a serious bargain.

To us Koh Lanta was a holiday within our holiday!
