My personal journey to health


From the outside looking in it might seem that anyone who is a health coach, personal trainer, athlete, nutritionist, etc…always had healthy habits because they make it look so easy.  That isn’t always the case.  I haven’t always been the healthiest of all people and I’ll share some of my story on my road to where I’m at today.  Hopefully this inspires people to take control of their own situation and begin their journey to health.

The way society is built today people are led to believe that they can’t accomplish something or something is just out of their reach and that the effort is just not worth it.  Basically, accept being average or mediocre and accept the fact that you just wont have certain things in life.  That’s just the majority of average people’s thinking to bring you down to their level where they want you to join them…
