The Dish That Revived This Blog


Life and its many complexities. Sometimes it gets in the way of a good thing. You may have noticed that Foodies in the Bible Belt has been very quiet…almost too quiet. Like..dead. The GOOD news is that we have not fallen off the face of the earth and not only is this blog not dead but its owner’s gastronomic yearnings have not gone the way of the dodo either. You see amidst the joy and pain of life (enter Rob Base music here) sometimes even the best things are shuffled to the back of the line of priorities when those horrible creatures called work, taxes and responsibilities come a’ callin.
