Apple Shortbread


Let’s keep this short, with an apple shortbread. For baking days when you’re “short” of ingredients but not spirit. Pun intended. This easy recipe takes only an hour from start to finish, including the eating time, cause once out of this oven it will be gone in seconds! Only thing to remember is to keep it cool. Not that you have to put on sunglasses and play some in the background. Of course you could in you wanted to. It’s a long standing dream of mine to have bake me some Choco-chip cookies.

Back to reality, keep your butter weighed and diced in the fridge till you need to add it. And because it’s shortbread, listen to Fifth Harmony and don’t go to work work work, let the butter do the work work work.

Now here’s what you’ll need:

3/4th cup flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar
